Citadel's Tau Iota Chapter of Sigma Delta Pi,
the National Collegiate Hispanic Honor Society, is proud to announce its 6th
annual South Carolina Spanish Teacher of the Year Award for 2010. The three
finalists will be recognized and the awardee announced during a ceremony on
All three finalists will receive award plaques from The Citadel's Chapter
of Sigma Delta Pi, and each finalist and their guests (one guest per finalist)
will receive complimentary lodging the evening of November 11 and breakfast
on November 12 courtesy of the

The nomination deadline for the 2010 contest was Friday, June 18, 2010. The finalists will be named in late August 2010. Applications for the 2011 contest will be available in February. For eligibility requirements and downloadable nomination forms from the 2010 program, click here.
